> 3 dayThis looks like its going to be perfect to use for brass cleaning in the small tumbler that I have. Unfortunately, the lid came off during shipping and I had to reclaim about half the bottle from the pouch that it was shipped in.

> 3 dayThe quality looks good and consistent. I soaked a few in salty water and they remained rust free which means its good stainless steel. 2 pounds doesnt take up much volume so you might need more if youre trying to fill up a tumbler. 2 pounds is plenty for my needs.

> 3 dayI love to find rocks and tumble them. Many rockhounds are using this type of media now, so iI ordered this to see how it would work. I started with my rotary tumbler about 3/4 full and added these to fill in the spaces. I am tumbling various sizes of quartz, a hard material. I have not completely finished the tumbling process yet, but have just finished stage two. So far, I think this is doing a good job. I will update this post when I have gone through the entire process. I gave this four stars because it is HEAVY

> 3 dayIts really hard to get an idea of just how small these pieces really are. They are smaller than the leftover lead from a mechanical pencil. Thinner than (for a mechanical pencil the smallest i have seen is .05 lead, this is almost .04 diameter) at least they are magnetic but you will need something strong to collect them after a tumble. Id recommend a magnetic hook.

> 3 dayFor brass cartridge tumbling, this is the way to go. You need to deprime first if you want primer pockets cleaned. These pins will scrub you cases inside and out like new. Amazing how good they work. Use with hot water and lemi shine. Please have a good tub to work in when separating pins from cases. These little pins will go everywhere if your not careful. Dont try to do this in a washtub or sink without some kind of very fine screen over the drain or you will lose a bunch of them. A big magnet is a big help. They dont polish cases very bright. If you want your cases super shiny, follow up with a vibratory cleaner and add some rouge to it.

> 3 dayI make small, wearable sculptures in enamel, metals, and glass, and use a vibratory tumbler to put a final polish on my work. For metals, I use stainless steel media in a variety of shapes that can reach into every nook and cranny of the surface. These pins are wonderful for getting into tiny spaces, and small enough that they also can pop right back out. They arrived clean and ready for use, in a small plastic jar with a screwtop lid, which will allow me to store them until needed. Recommended.
