The floss was knotting and very hard to sew with.

I was expecting to receive the box as pictured, but it was not to be. There was no organization to the floss. I tried to organize it by number, and I found 5 repeat colors. So NOT AS ADVERTISED.

Me parece un engaño, compre el que tenia 262 hilos y solo me llegaron 115hilos, una caja incompleta y rota, estaba bien empacada, pero su contenido no esta completo. No tiene 200 colores como lo afirma en la descripción.

After reading tons of reviews on this I was skeptical but decided it would be worth trying, and it really was! My case was not broken at all, from other reviews I think they must have changed how they ship them because mine was very well packed & secured. Yes there are a few repeat colors (maybe 5 or 6) but I don’t see any real issue with that! The floss is nice quality and the colors are very vibrant. The fact that the floss is already wrapped and sorted alone is worth the value! I would highly recommend this set for beginners or experts

I bought this as a gift for my daughter. Its compact but holds a lot of stuff.

It is great and lovely set. I did the first embroidery ever and it turned out pretty ok! I am very happy with this. And highly recommend it to whoever want to start.

Item arrived with lid shattered on top of unit and quality of plastic id very flimsy

one of my favorite purchases. the work it takes to wrap the bobbins alone makes this worth the money, then you get the case that comes apart and the adorable scissors !! theyre my favorite part. theres a couple other tools (needles, thread ripper etc) definitely worth it.
