Really live how the thread comes in a nice little handy organizer. Only down fall was I had to refigure all the thread numbers because some were missing and most had fallen off or were attached to other threads.

I decided to take inventory of the colors so that my wife would know what colors she had and could follow some specific embroidery designs. There were 13 duplicated colors meaning there were only 187 colors in the set. Still a lot of colors and its a nice little beginners kit of low quality thread, but I wont buy another one of these for anyone else. If it says 200 colors, I want 200 colors. If you are going to make a mistake give me more than 200 colors, but not less than advertised.

Sometimes the layers are difficult to put back in place. But the variety of colors and needles make it great for beginners and long time doers

There are a lot of colors. Nice little box. I just wish that the yarn was wrapped on reusable plastic cards, not on paper like they are. Other than that, I am enjoying it very much.

Love the variety of colors. The thread seems good quality to me. The scissors it came with are kinda of awful, but that’s okay.

First let me say that my package was very well wrapped with bubble wrap and no breakage. It would seem the shipper has listened to their customers and tried to improve packaging. Great set for beginners - Tons of colors especially in shades of blue, fall colors, and neutrals. Many greens, handful of purples and pinks. Only one white, one true red, one black. Quality of thread at first glance looks good. Maybe just a bit less glossy than DMC. The colors are sorted randomly so I resorted by color. The thread spools are made to store efficiently in the space provided. It is a small somewhat flexible case of which it’s possible the handles that snap each level together might break off at some point but it snaps together firmly. It has flexible dividers inside which are a little fussy but not bad. The tools provided are all adequate - and not having to purchase them separately is big cost savings. There are three packages of needles which look prett useful - needles aren’t cheap so I liked this. The thread clippers I got are a little out of whack blade wise but I’m betting it was just a one off. They still cut fine. I think this is definitely worth the money for beginners - lots of pretty thread and useful tools and a case.

This kit has everything in it that my granddaughter wanted. It has lots of thread color options and everything you need to get started. We are super happy with the product and the shipping was amazingly fast to Canada.
