I dont know if the one that came w/ the cargo rack fell out or if it never had one - but noticed it wasnt there and wanted to get one. Put it in place the day it arrived and its a perfect fit. Did not need 4, but hey, Ive got 3 spares.

These have a very loose fit compared to the ones I pulled out, had to crimp the tube slightly to get them to stay in
