Replacement. Originally had to have matching mount plate made. Didnt think about it til too late, but mounting plate really should have rounded corners, not sharp ones. Sure it would cost an extra 10 cents to prepare them with rounded corners, but oh wow, wouldnt want to break the bank. Also, matching mounts, to be installed to whatever the final object is (kitchen cart) should be included for I have seen no household cart using this flat type of mounting. I love how sturdy the wheels are. Would like to see same thing with lightly larger wheels. And just replacement wheels should be available without having to replace the whole assembly.

These are well made. Everything functions well, they are easy to lock and they work well under weight. For the price you cant beat it. Also they roll and swivel really smoothly. I used them for a rolling island with a heavy granite top.

Overall good product but all 4 wheels lock and I actually needed 2 with lock and 2 without.
