Wheels are flaky rubber. After using the brake a few times in the same spot (which pinches and makes tiny cuts in the wheel) the rubber will start to chunk off and create a flat spot. I wonder how long these will last and actually be able to roll. The swivel bearings are totally exposed and wobbly straight from the box. I imagine they will get very dirty and become difficult to spin around without significant effort within a year or so. You get what you pay for.

Works great. No mounting hardware. 5/16 screw bolts work great. No wiggle and the breaks work great. Buying a second set now.

Priced lower than some cheaper brands, these castors are quality strength and roll smoothly. Recommend this product.

I have these on a workbench, which at times, gets heavy due to all the tools and clutter I load on to it. These casters roll smoothly and easily even on rough cement driveways.

These casters are very sturdy. They are well made. I am using them for a handmade solid wood bar weighing over 250 pounds. The wheels roll very smoothly. I have a problem locking the wheels but its not the casters fault, I think its because of its placement. Good price point. I am satisfied with this purchase.

I bought these to replace 2 locking casters I bought at a box store to put onto my table saw stand. Those locked, but the table saw still moved forward as I pushed wood thru. I installed these 3 casters that have a positive locking system that locks both the rotation and the swivel of the wheel. The stand will not move with these locking casters. They are heavy duty, easy to install and well worth the money.
