I just try to use this for the first time and it doesn’t turn on while plug in or with battery operator . It just doesn’t work period. And now it’s a little to late to return it

Great item

I ordered this item and thought it was going to be great. Immediately upon receipt of product I ran into my first problem. The battery compartment will not hold the batteries in place. We tried putting a piece of tape on the batteries to hold them in place but that didnt work either. I notified Amazon and they authorized a return and sent me a replacement but it has the exact same issue so I am sending both of them back. They do come with a USB cord but it is not always convenient to plug in to a USB port. Will be ordering a different display turner because 2 strikes not risking a third one.

Didnt like that Id have to buy a box to connect the charger or connect to. Computer. The cord is short so not much wiggle room.

It turns veryyyyyyyy slow. I’ve tried batteries and the plug and it runs slower than a turtle… Idk if it was used or what? Waste of my money.

I’m very happy with this turner. T spins smoothly and is fairly quiet. It works with batteries or being plugged in and turns both ways.

I like the reversible rotation. It turns at a good speed for a display table or product video and makes no sound at all when its on. It can work with a portable cell phone power bank without issue.
