I purchased this item to display my cups for my website. The turner works both ways, but only if it is plugged in. It does not work with batteries (yes, they are in correctly and they are brand new). It does work when plugged in and goes both ways. Maybe a little too fast to show details on the cups, but that can be edited with the video software. Overall, it is decent value for the money and I would recommend.

Used 1 time in the 6 weeks I had it. Brought it out to use again and it did not work. Light came on indicating it was on however, did not turn in either direction. Maybe I received one from a bad batch. Missed the return window so I will have to purchase another one but from a different vendor. Other than getting the one use out of it I did not like the small cable and the speed of the turning was a bit fast. Not that those 2 things would be determining factors in me returning it, but for sure the limited use in a short period.

I am totally satisfied with this product. It has really helped me with my small business. It rotates at just the speed I need and finally one that doesnt use only batteries.

Product works well and does what it should

I absolutely love being able to show a completed tumbler without taking 3 still photos!

I like that this can be used with or without the chord. I can use batteries or can hook the chord to any usb station.

Didnt like that Id have to buy a box to connect the charger or connect to. Computer. The cord is short so not much wiggle room.

I am very picky when it comes to posting pictures of my tumblers and this is the smoothest, sturdiest and cutest rotator that shows off my hard work!

It works and the fact that it can handle heavier items.

I needed a smaller battery powered turntable for recording my diecast custom cars. This is such a perfect option. The motor is very quiet and the turn speed is what I needed. Not too slow and not too fast. It can be powered by 3 AA batteries or by the power cord.
