They are great, they come in large sheets that you can cut, wash, and re-use.

No complaints whatsoever! I use them when making shaker/snowglobe cookies to hold the cookie as we heat/melt the sugar mixture that has been put into the middle. These mats have held up incredibly well against a creme bruleee torch and melted, boiling hot sugar. I cut them into quarters, which is more than enough space to hold a cookie during class. With one package purchase, I have enough mats for my entire class - and a few extra. Seriously awesome!

Unfortunately both sheets had a large, oily stain in the center of them. Had to toss out.

I really like these. Use them with my heat press.
