I have no idea if Scotch made the tape this way or just a bad batch. when taking paper off wrapper, alot of black tacky stuff came off on paper. when touching the tape, its really tacky ( lets say-- sticky.--. will let tape sit out in the air and see if tackiness on side of tape goes away. if not, Ill send back.

Title says it all, this is much stronger than most electrical tape Ive come across. Great for all sorts of creative applications.

This is your everyday electrical tape

The tape did have a good stretch to it and didnt have issues adhering to itself or other surfaces. Ripped easily enough when needed

Hold your wiring together!!!!
