I used this to strip some 30-year-old, very had gasket material off of a piece of aluminum. I chucked it up in my drill press and at first the RPM was around 1200 and it was painfully slow. Kicked it up to 3100 RPM and it was GREAT! Care must be taken with the Green version on aluminum so as to not damage it, I believe the White grit is preferred for aluminum so I tried this on an old piece part. Ill use the white for critical parts, especially if I ever use it at the rated RPM.
