> 3 dayIt’s nice to know I’ve got something handy to use to push fabric through the sewing machine Or thread elastic through some bands & use it to push out corners after sewing! It’s such a handy little tool... I’m sure you can use other things but I know this is in my ‘pencil holder’ that holds my sewing tools, don’t have to use scissors or pencil to push corners out to make sharp corners. The “Purple Thang“ just works for so many of your sewing needs...

Greater than one weekI’d heard the “Purple Thang” tools were great, but their price seemed ridiculous. These seem to be the same thing, but reasonably priced. Glad there are five, because I use them all the time—helping a thick seam move along under the presser foot, holding a seam open while I steam press it, turning out corners, finger pressing... there’s no end of uses for these, and they eliminate the need for several other individual tools. One of my “thangs” is at the ironing board, others at the serger, sewing machine, and embroidery machine; and I keep one in my hand-sewing box. Five isn’t too many!

> 3 dayI cant keep up with these little gadgets as my husband loves them too. You can sew stiff burlap with this little gadget. Its great for turning inside out corners, pushing fabric on sewing machine & I place a moist paper towel on the end to clean tight spots like corners around molding on hardwood floors or carpeting. I love these things but have to hide from husband...lol
