simple to install and seems to grip the sandpaper better then the original pad

Just what I wanted!

Bordering on unusable, due to poor hook adhesion to sanding disk. I tried e ery trick I know to get the disks to stick, hooks just werent doing their job. Not suitable for the work I need to get done.

Not as rubbery around the edges as the OEM, but a nice fitting replacement, holds the hook-and-loop disks well and sands just fine. Bottom line: No complaints at all. Good replacement pad for the price.

It was a gift

I had been using my sander with the original pad for to many years and it was frustrating. My sandpaper would not hold very well with the coarser grits. I love my sander again!! I waited too long to replace mine and its a replaceable part. Lesson learned over here, I hope you replace yours!
