> 24 hourModerate use of the sander. About 10 hrs a week perhaps. These pads have a good grip on my Mirka and Cubitron sanding discs. Just the right amount of stiffness in the pad. Perfect fit on the Dewalt sander. And at this price, it is cheaper to buy these new disks than spend money on pad protectors to save the velcro. Longevity remains to be seen.

> 24 hourI had an older Craftsman Professional that only thing wrong was the pad. Could not find replacement. Took a chance on this one and it works perfectly. Another 5 years out of my beloved sander. I take good care of my tools, so even my 15 year old tools look new. I polish them periodically and paint my floor in the wood shop. My man cave outside. My friends call it my toy box. LOL!!!

> 24 hourI know, I know it says it will fit a Makita B05010. Not so. Oh, its close. So close that you might be tempted to try to make it fit. The first screw - fine. The second is where you get that feeling, but with a little persuasion you can get it to go. The third and last screw........ well go ahead and try. It will go in..... on the diagonal. Unless you enjoy cross threading and damaging your sander, I would just buy something else. I ended up very carefully re-drilling the hole and got it to work just because it was easier than the return hassle. I figured if I ruined it, Id be done with it. These pads seem to work fine, Just not on a Makita B05010.
