(500) Days of Summer [DVD] [2009]

Ive watched this movie at least 10 times since its been out. I absolutely love it. Its a reminder of the realities of relationships.

I fell in love with this film for no real reason. Usually I enjoy films such as Fight Club or Persepolis more, but this film just has something to it that is so loveable and inspiring.

A different love story. Very entertaining and endearingly quirky. There is a little sexual content, so this film is not ideal for a younger crowd. Its interesting to note how male and female stereotypes in romantic relationships are reversed. I love the ending. I hate Summer.

What an adorable movie. These 2 are great on screen. Its a fresh film that goes from good to great!

I love Zooey Deschanel and Joseph Gordon Levitt. Their chemistry just radiates through this film. They are adorable on their own, but even more so together. I love their wit and their romance in 500 Days.

This was a very touching film. I watched it with the guise of a former situation-ship I had and my partners shared perspective. I didnt cry until the end but this has undoubtedly reached my personal Top 10 for Hopeless Romantic Films. I give this a 4/5 because there were no cinematic elements that presented innovation. Other than so it would have been a 5 out of 5 stars, for me.
