As expected, the panel is of high quality. Using it to construct an inspection panel for easier oil filter removal on 2011 Subaru STi. Very pleased with purchase.

I have a high precision mini-mill. Most of the time I use a high precision vise as a work holding device so I dont use the T Slots in the table ad like to keep the chips and coolant from accumulating down in the T Slot grooves and on the way covers to save clean up time between jobs as well as wear and tear on the machine and operator. With this in mind I designed and built the table covers and the back board you see in the photos. Its all bolted together with SST fasteners (mostly 8-32 and 10-32) and I used 1/8 aluminum plate. It comes protected with a very heavy plastic cover adhered to both sides which I left on throughout the layout and machining process to protect the surface finish from scratches while in process. I did all of the machining, edge polishing & beveling, etc. and the surface protecting layer stayed on beautifully until I was ready to peel it off. There was no adhesive residue after removal. How do you like it?

This is a nice, thick, flat sheet of aluminum. My parrot chews things, and when she chews on towels on my bed when I watch TV, she can (and has) chewed right through to the bedcover. This piece of aluminum below her towel was just the thing I needed. I just smoothed the edges a little bit and rounded the corners.

It is exactly what it says, and is a top quality 12” square of 1/8” thick aluminum.

I just fixed my car front bumper reinforcement for 17 dollars! buy a used one will cost me 400 dollars +. Do the math!

Its 12x12x 1/8 aluminum. Comes with a plastic protection.

I used this to patch a few holes in my boat. It arrived fairly quick with no defects whatsoever. In order to paint it (for my needs anyway) I’m gonna have to sand it down a little but that was to be expected!

This panel measures 11-7/8 x 11-7/8 only! It is not 12 x 12 as stated! On my project I worked with the under size, but I was ok, but if you need a true 12 x 12 size be careful! From Indianapolis.

Everything is good with the aluminum except for the fact I need it to be 12x12 inch . The dimensions are 11 7/8 x 11 7/8. Just wanted everyone to be informed.

Nothing wrong with it and I keep on ordering more whenever it runs out. Hope it was a little cheaper thought!
