I received exactly what i ordered on Time and in great shape. These are the real Q-Tip brand with thick cotton tips.

Quality product. My son had bought an off name brand and cotton was coming off tips. So ordered this large pack for him. He is very happy with them.

Seems like these were made for a non-US market. Box says Puerto Rick. Not as soft as the Qtips purchased at local US store. Also, box arrived very damaged and qtips were spilling out.
