This starter kit would make a perfect gift for anyone who is an embroidery enthusiast. The thread is very good quality and the stabilizer is great. I embroidered this pillow cover with no thread breaks or problems at. I would highly recommend.

This is a great kit for a starter or someone that is already embroidering. Love the colors and having the stabilizer in one bundle is great.

I am just now getting ready to attempt my first project using an embroidery machine. I have to say that I was very pleased when I open this package and saw the quality and quantity of the colors included. I opened a few spools and pulled on the thread, finding it to be very sturdy and of a quality material. Don’t know how they offer so many different colors of thread as well as a stabilizer for the price they are selling the set for. Very happy with the set and glad to recommend it.

My title pretty much says it all. My spouse wanted this thread for use in both embroidery and regular sewing projects, and this thread has excelled in all aspects. She did find it was easier for regular machine sewing to roll the thread off the cones and onto spools so that they feed into the machine as expected. This process was unnecessary for the embroidery project on the other machine, just clear sailing. The breadth of color in the box is outstanding for nearly all uses we can think of, colorful, durable, strong thread at a great price.

I have a Brother Dream embroidery machine and it can be VERY picky on which thread Im using (breaks, shreading). It LOVES this thread! Im working on a quilt for my husband for Christmas... the beautiful colors in the collection only make my job easier! Thank you for such a good product!

Ive been using this machine embroidery thread for several years. The colors match brother thread color exactly. This set is a gift for my daughter who is getting a machine this year for Christmas. Great thread. Great price and top notch customer service. This set came with stabilizer that is every bit as good as what Ive bought in sewing shops for twice the price. Who doesnt love a bargain!

The colors are very nice. Im still learning my embroidery machine, and I tried a free snap tab design on vinyl. I had a couple problems so it didnt turn out perfect, but I dont think it was the threads fault. I dont have any brother thread to directly compare, but the colors specified in the design chart were brother colors and a few of them were included with this set and from what I can tell, they were the same color. Overall, I have no complaints.

I am in LOVE! I had the brilliant idea to personalize 18 blankets and beach towels as Christmas gifts this year. Previously I only had 2 colors of embroidery thread (Red and Green) because its REALLY expensive at my local craft store. I made everyone stockings one year & really hated the idea of only being able to afford maybe 2 more colors... Including pics of the color chart to show how easy to pick the color you want. How it made it stupid proof & I really need that at this point lol. And can now do way more. I also needed more stabilizer and WOW! in the starter kit was SOOO much better than what I got at the craft store and easier to use instead of a 3 wide I had to keep folding back up which just made a mess. Its thicker and sturdier too which I think made my letters WAY crisper. If I can find a picture of the stockings, I will add it and there is a Very noticable difference in the clean lines. Even the back of it looked good & that is different for me in a good way. I am no where near a pro, and had to watch the DVD on my embroidery machine again because I wasnt that impressed last year with how things came out and hadnt touched my machine since...now I am excited!
