At first the wheels looked plastic but they actually are rubber. Works well. Turns easy. The lights on the wheels aren’t that great and I’m not sure even how to charge it up or change batteries. Didn’t seem to come with a charging cord. So I’m guessing when they stop working that’s the end of them. It’s comes apart easy for storage or travel. Overall seems like a good product.

my big daughter loves it

Very easy to assemble since you only have to insert the handle in the base. My 6 year old grandson often has difficulty balancing so this 3 wheel scooter was perfect for him with the handlebar at the highest setting. He loves it. By the second day he was able to ride very well, maneuver around curves and use the heel brake to stop. He particularly likes the lights in the wheels which were easier to see after the sun sets. It seems very sturdy. Dont forget knee pads (especially for a beginner) and a helmet. I ordered a different brand of scooter first, but it was defective when it arrived. Im glad because I like this scooter much better.
