I feel like there needs to be something in the description that specifically says the handle bars do not turn. They have to lean to get the front wheels to turn, not turn the handle bars. I would have purchased a different one if I had known that’s what they meant when it says learn to steer.

Easy to assemble. The lights need a little bit of speed to light up. We have hardwood floors and this glides smoothly on them. Our daughter loves this scooter. She’s scoots everywhere in our house on it.
