While advertising it is compatible with HP Color Pro printer, our new HP printer would not recognize the cartridges making them unable to use. We ordered these a little early before our current ink cartridges ran out and by the time we tried to install them, we missed the 30 day return. Buyer Beware!

Very good quality

I have only installed one toner cartridge so far and it is working great. No problems with unpacking and putting it in. The printer didnt protest as described in the flier inside the box, probably because it already had a replacement toner before. :) I got toner cartridges from this company before. The old cartridges on the picture were version X so they are bigger than the new black one. The old cartridges were without chips and I had to cut the chip out from the HP cartridge. It was not too complicated, but cartridge with a chip like this one is so much easier to install. I think someone mentioned that the box graphics is different than the one shown in the product description - it was true for me as well, but it didnt make any difference for me anyway. One of my old cartridges started drawing vertical line. When I mentioned it to them, they replaced the cartridge. So far, I didnt have any problems with the new cartridges.

So HP thought they would corner their customers by selling you printers at a reasonable price, but selling you ink or toner for laser printers at a RIDICULOUS price! Youd have no other options, so youd have to do it right? WRONG! Honestly, if HP didnt try to screw their customers so badly, I might pay a little more for their brand, but not 4x as much! They did it to themselves and now customers are going elsewhere. Im very happy with my purchase. Everything is just as easy to do and the quality is great. Seriously, I dont typically buy generic-type products and opt for quality but I took a chance on this one. Im so glad I did because its literally the same exact thing for something like 1/4 of the price. Print quality looks great, why would you need to break the bank buying anything else? HP lost me as an ink/toner customer and Ill just happily order this from now on.

The cost of buying the official HP replacement toner is getting too expensive, so I tried this pack instead. I saved some money and it was easy to install. My printer recognized it right away. Be sure to follow the directions provided by manufacturer. The installed chip made this convenient. At this time, I have only installed one of my cartridges, but I assume the others will work the same. If not, I will update my review.

Upon installing the cartridges are near empty. The black and yellow only says used and will not give a percentage. The cyan is 10% the magenta is 30%.

Product shipped well. Easy to install. Prints out well.

So easy to install and great price for a great product. Will only be using these cartridges at my place of business.
