Edited to add that after 6 months of occasional use, the yellow and pink have stated leaking toner all over my printed pages.. dont buy......Been using for months, no problems.

This item 414a toner cartridges works well no issues what so ever. Will buy again.

We saved a ton purchasing the 414 compatible toner cartridges. Easy to install and good quality.

Initial order arrived with opened cartridge packaging and pulled strips—probably a return or another customer, but Amazon corrected it with replacement which was all sealed and well. When I received replacement I noticed that my prints all had a bit of yellow on one far edge of page. Not a huge deal, more of a minor annoyance. But then seller reached out to make sure everything was good, to which I responded noting my issue with the yellow cartridge. Seller offered to send replacement at no charge and within a few days I had a new cartridge which resolved the print issue. As far as quality goes, this is a newly refurbished printer which came with no toner so I have zero reference. However the prints look good to me and have no apparent issues with color accuracy or otherwise. Seller made sure I was happy and that goes a long way in my book.

Does what it needs to be doing

As we all know, cost of printing in color can turn into a small fortune with cartridges . And all the “chip” security (aka protectionism) malarkey can drive one crazy. Happy to say these cartridges work as advertised and print beautifully . Not sure how long they last but will let fellow Amazonian printers know once I know. Something 3rd party that finally works I. This age of technological tyranny over the consumer . Yay!

With the high cost of OEM toner cartridges, I was so happy to find a quality product at a fraction of the cost. I cant tell the difference between this brand and the more expensive HP cartridges. The quality is great and they last just as long. I also appreciate the ease of ordering and the quick shipping. I will continue to purchase these toner cartridges.
