Home Depot sells same ones for 4.50 maybe Amazon does too they should have at least made a 2 pack deal. Tonoricey. But still got one.

This is a great product. Its just thin enough to be flexible, and thick enough to be very sturdy. You can always rely on AC INFINTY to make quality products.

Its a well thought out piece for the ac infinity inline unit. Although not necessary, it adds a clean look to the grow tent.

Quality item but since it’s specifically manufactured for the connection between the carbon filter and the inline fan I believe the ac infinity team made one small error when designing this otherwise easily obtainable item from your common home improvement store. The carbon filter opening is “slightly larger” than the opening of the inline fan to allow the two to easily nest inside each other to make an otherwise solid connection if you’re not using this coupling. Once you proceed to connect the two it’s apparent that the inline fan has a few mm of space before it can be air tight once secured. The byproduct is the rubber has to bend in order to make a proper connection. It’s a minor caveat, but kinda lame nonetheless imho since you literally can go by a fernco coupling in the plumbing dept at lowes without the fancy branding for the same exact price. I bought this item assuming it was spec’d specifically for this task making it a more “precise fit”, I was wrong. All in all, I still recommend this item if you’re looking to either avoid using duct tape, or need the noise cancellation it helps provide since there is no price difference between this and a fernco coupling and you get the fancy ac infinity branding.

Have this on one of my systems and not the other one and I can honestly tell a bit of a difference. I will be getting one for the other system once I’m able to be get to it in the tent. It eliminates the need need for a small portion of ducting and helps the streamline everything and makes for a nicer appearance. It’s very sturdy and very well made. Come with the necessary 2 clamps. You just need a screwdriver for the screws to tighten the clamps down.

Good quality, helps cut down on vibrational noises in between the charcoal filter and the inline fan. Worth it, every bit of noise reduction is needed since my grow tent is inside my bedroom

I am impressed that AC Infinity takes such a holistic approach to their products. If you are working on building a grow tent system, you can do it all with AC Infinity products, including tents, fans, lights, ducting and other hardware. We recently set up another tent and wanted to attach the outgoing fan to an activated charcoal exhaust filter. The option at the time was to just tape the filter to the fan with duct tape. That was NOT a great solution. It kept falling apart while I was trying to hang it in the tent. This clamp changed all that - it was easy to connect and holds the two parts together solidly, as if it were one unit. It is priced competitively with other brand couplers and is well made - like every other AC Infinity product Ive ever used.
