As anyone who has a child can tell you, once they learn to walk, they want to wander. This is something that I struggle with my toddler as she still is learning to listen to me and come to me when I call. Also, the anxiousness that someone is waiting around the corner to just run up and grab her is sometime crippling. So, I purchased this, and things have been great. The backpack is wonderful for when they are still too tiny for the cuff. It is perfect to keep your kids safe and close.

Very cute and functional. Before the haters start hating I have a very rambuctiius 2 year old granddaughter. Love her very much but shes a runner. If you take her anywhere and she gets out of holding your hand she is gone. Bought this for her safety. Shes okay with it (most of the time) and it gives me peace of mind.
