acegoo RV Boat Recessed Ceiling Light 4 Pack Super Slim LED Panel Light DC 12V 3W Full Aluminum Downlights, Warm White (Silver)

Bought these to replace the lights in a Magickwoods upper unit/medicine cabinet & mirror. The exisitng lights were not moisture or water resistant and the sockets corroded. They were low voltage 12V AC, so had to get a new transformer from AC to DC. I got a water proof one from here on amazon for $12. These light all together (4) use 12 watts of DC power, so I got one that is 30 watts. I did get some crimp waterproof butt connectors from advance auto that are for 20 gauge to extend the wires back to the transformer and reused wire from the old lights. Hooked them up together with the transformer with a water proof twist on. Put the lights in the cabinet with no modification to the spring flanges. Hooked the transformer up via hardwire to the power in the wall and it worked. These each give off a nice amount of light and the color of light is similar to a daylight bulb. I also made no modifications to the medicine cabinet to get these to fit either. I have posted an image of what the final looks like on here as well.

We received a defective lamp and the service to replace was quick and easy. They look great as ceiling light for our camper van.

I have the inexpensive dimmer that amazon recommended with these lights. After testing it appears that my dimmers are faulty so I could not get mine to work but the customer support from the company is excellent and even though I could not verify it myself (I returned the lights before I have all the necessary info) , I am confident that these work as represented. 4 stars for great customer support.

I installed these recess mount LED lights in my RVs slides. They look good and fit well. Retention of the lights is via a pair of very strong spring clips that are securely retained by the light body. The metal housings are well formed and machined. No sharp surfaces to get injured on. Wiring it straight forward Red-Positive Black-Negative and run on 12 volts just fine. I wired these in with a PWM Dimmer switch also purchased on Amazon. The lights dim fine and there is no flicker.

Good colour lighting. Nice low power usage for rv. Getting more to outfit the whole bus. Was worried at first when they blinked occasionally, turned out it was time to replace batteries in the bus.

I had these installed in my van super easy, Ive never done electrical before and it was so simple. Works great with a $12 dimmer also!

Product seems to be well made, but the weak point are the spring to hold the light in place. Be very careful with them. Put one spring on the side of the hole then gently put the other spring in place and then gently push up into the hole. I was glad to get away from halogen lighting. Hot, and a lot of bulb replacements necessary due to 12v power flucations. Will update if necessary, but very satisfied with the units up to now. Nice update over the couch in the motorhome.

Tried both the WARM and the COOL versions. For my needs, I found I need something in between the two. The Warm is near the warmer end of the scale while the COOL gets close to blueish white territory. I ended up going with the Cool for my project as it better matched the LED strip I had. This was used in conjunction with a 12V dimmable transformer brick for under cabinet lights. My LED strip was under the cabinets and these puck lights were to light up the open display cabinet area. Installation was easy (two wires) and the lights sit flush into the hole.

I installed 8 of the recessed lights in my van conversion with the Acegoo dimmer. They were easy to install, and they put out a lot of light for just 3 watts each. They seem to be a good value for the money.

I have these installed in my kitchen ceiling (18) run off a single LED driver, to a pwm dimmer switch. I could not be happier. They are holding up ( 6 months+), dim fantastically, are small. I WILL buy more.
