This laptop is horrid. Says it has backlit keyboard but only the ENTER key is lit. Volume is terrible. And it’s very slow. You get what you pay for.

Have had this computer for 19 months and it has died!

Compared to previous systems I have owned with spinning mechanical disk drives, this laptop is very responsive.

I decided to take a chance and purchased this Acer laptop even after reading the negative reviews, I received it on time, unpacked it, plugged it in, and had my laptop up and running in minutes without any problems with WIFI connection, wireless printer hookup, or any problems mentioned in the negative reviews. It’s very fast and so far so good I definitely would buy another one with no hesitation!

I have only used the LAPTOP for a day and that was only setting it up ,compared to the HP that I had its like floating on the clouds

Rip off - sold defective laptop and refused to return it
