I love my laptop. It is very light and easy to use. I did have some trouble with the finger print reader, so I have been using my code that i set up. I don’t think it is an issue with the reader on the computer. I always gad issues with my fingerprint for my work id card.

The computer overheat and goes off for at least the next 24hrs. very frustrating situation when you have work to complete.

Muy rápida, solo la cubierta es de aluminio, lo demás es plástico, pero el rendimiento es de lo mejor, las bocinas tienen poco volumen, así que si requieres más, será con bocinas externas.

Bought two Acer Aspire laptops about a year ago. One works perfectly. The other died a month ago. I have tried to contact Acer support several times to no avail. No one responds. When finally someone seems to respond the call just drops. Will NOT recommend this computer or this company to anyone. This is NOT service.

Got the i7 1165G7 w/ Iris Xe / 16 GB / 500 GB model. $850. I run Windows 10 Enterprise on it and do only web browsing, video-calling and watching videos, and other basic computing -- no games, no intensive applications. Its a decent laptop and basically what I was looking for, but I really would have liked to see a longer battery life.

We had ordered because it says back light keyboard. Didnt work. And was not. The model we ordered, had to re order...same thing happened. Ended up and went to a box store and bought one

Excellent little no frills laptop that should easily handle everything sure the full scale gaming. For a general all-around laptop its small light good battery life.
