Greater than one weekThis Acer CB2 series 23.8 inch screen is nice. Buy Im giving it 2 stars because it does not have audio or audio ports. No sound at all and no way to plug in speakers. Those who say it does or has audio ports is mistaking it for a different model. I know because I bought it and was excited to use it while my tv was getting repaired. Come to find out no way to hook up sound. I looked all over at each end, top, bottom, front and back. No ports and no built in speakers. My excitement quickly turned to disappointment. It did have a good picture though. So buyer beware no sound and no ports for audio. Fortunately I was able to get a refund.

> 3 day> Frameless - No. 1/4 border inside bezel on top, right, and left side of screen. I originally thought it was a menu setting (see below) so I allowed my 30-day return period lapse. Tried troubleshooting with ACER, who confirmed its a defect. They said I can ship back to them at my own expense, but they wont even guarantee a fix. After an internet search, , I see many people have this issue.

> 3 dayWent from a 1080p to a 4k monitor and it is sweet. This has a stand where you can raise and lower the monitor and it was surprisingly light and easy to set up. The built in speaker isnt very good, but I wasnt going to use that feature anyway. Love it love it love it.

> 3 dayIf you get the menu to pop up. There are four buttons and a four-way (with push) joystick. Only one button has a label, the power button. When the monitor comes on, it goes through a long process of testing all the inputs. the menu doesnt line up (at all) with the mystery buttons. And if you manually choose an input, the menu disappears and goes through the process of figuring out with input is being used. Im stuck in constant blank screen of the monitor trying to figure out which input is being used. A minute later. I can get the menu to come back up, but once I make a selection, it starts the same process all over. Its very annoying.

01-06-2025We are not using this for gaming. A VGA cable is included which is sufficient for general use. I purchased a HDMI cable and the better video quality is noticeable.

> 3 dayHaving the camera built in is great for zoom meetings and webinars. I had trouble finding monitors with the camera attached, and this one is barely noticeable, but works great. The screen is high quality and the perfect size for spreadsheets and goes well with the second one I purchased so I can have two screens.
