> 3 dayIm a college student who uses this Chromebook for my studies and to surf the web in my downtime. I appreciate the simplistic nature of the Chromebook and am especially pleased with the performance of this laptop. The battery life has diminished since the latest Chromebook update within the past year or two but it still lasts me a good two days on one full charge. I have had no other issues over the past three to four years!

Greater than one weekId have to say this laptop certainly exceeded my expectations. Ill keep it short and simple with what i like and dont like about this chromebook (it is my first chromebook so bear with me):

> 3 dayThis is the second ACER chromebook we bought and it broke down before even having it for a year. I called ACER and they are having me send it to their repair center through FedEx at MY expense. Also, plan on trying to interpret a foreign accent for help as I was transferred twice and barely understood what they were saying. They also had to have me repeat information because they could not understand my very clear English. I will never buy any ACER products again. Stay away from these chrome books. They do not last. I would have rated it a 0 if I could.

> 3 dayIf youre interested in a Chromebook, there are plenty of good options. I would stay far away from this particular manufacturer right now. I purchased this particular CB for my girlfriend, and her excitement on Christmas was dampened by a few small technical problems:

> 3 dayI bought this to replace an aging laptop that was only used for web browsing and word processing. Almost all basic tasks (even photo touch-up) can now be done within googles online ecosystem, so this was a no brainer. Ive used other chromebooks that just felt kind of cheap and plasticky. This one has a really nice build quality and feels solid. The screen is crisp and the color quality and viewing angle are both good. The touchpad takes a little getting used to (it looks like it should be as nice as an apple touchpad but in terms of feel it is just not quite there). I have yet to use it down to an empty battery, so cant really comment on its actual capacity, but for several hours of uninterrupted use this fits the bill nicely. All-in-all a great product within the chromebook lineup.

> 3 dayI never bought a Chromebook before this time. The product wont launch or operate. All we got was a screen with a connecting to wifi and testing and a cursor blinking. On the left side bar, youll find a set of Operating system tests. Unlike Explorer, this was a first and was dysfunctional. I am returning the item and not ordering it again.
