Very slow

If you like Chromebook and all that goes with it youll like this Acer I think. It does everything youll need to surf the net & using the limited but expanding app/functionality Google supplies.

Mouse touch pad stopped working within 3 days after It had arrived

Love these chromebooks, this would have been my 3rd one but it completely shuts down like my other ones so that bug is not fixed yet where all of a suddent it goes black screen and then restarts only to have to sign in again. Its erratic in when it does it.

Piece of s***!!! The operating system crashed after just over a month (outside return window) and the fix found online didnt work. Still trying to fix it...

I purchased two New Chromebooks for my children Model CB3-431-C5FM and they sent me the lower quality version Model: CB3-431-12K1 Twice! - ***Buyers please Be Aware*** The lower quality model is not Full HD1080 - Please check the real serial number and model number. They even put their own sticker on top of the manufacture sticker to cover it up. When I notice and complaint, they sent me a replacement and the same issue persisted. I wounder how many people have been defrauded.

I cant fault this little computer. I havent had a single problem with it so far, and it is so nice to be liberated from both Apple and Windows! Boot time is well below thirty seconds (twelve, last time I bothered to time it) and it does everything I want it to. Im still getting used to not saving things, and working solely off GoogleDrive and the like is a little nervewracking, but its light, well made, and the battery life is fantastic. If youre thinking about a netbook, I did very extensive research prior to buying this one and am very happy - I can recommend it wholeheartedly!

UPDATE: After working with customer support, Ive just decided to get my money back. Instructions sent to me to recover and reinstall the OS have failed due to some hardware failure. I dont know what happened, but six weeks of this garbage is enough.

Had it for about a week!
