It’s ok for cruising the web

Replaced my old Windows 7 laptop the was so old but served me well The Cromebook allows you to surf the web superfast without all the loaded down Windows machine and security software.

This computers bluetooth would suddenly stop. This made the wireless mouse unusable so I bought a wired one, The USB to which I connected the new mouse would sporadically stop sending power. This made that mouse unusable. I contacted Acer about this and they eventually referred me to a repair shop. Because this was problematic during the pandemic shutdown, I had to do the best I could. Eventually I had to buy a new computer. All in all, a very poor experience.

New color is navy. So is the keyboard. I cannot see the keyboard. I have a very old Chromebook which is by far superior.

Chromebooks do not work as advertised. Please do not buy!! It is worth paying more for a macbook. I bought my chromebook to do very simple things. I wanted to listen to spotify and browse the internet. IT DOES NOT WORK FOR THAT. IT DOES NOT EVEN WORK ON GOOGLE PRODUCTS LIKE YOUTUBE. PLEASE DO NOT BUY. THIS IS A SCAM. THE CHROMEBOOKS DO NOT WORK. It literally cannot browse the internet. I am refunding this product and want to help other customers avoid the insaneness that is the chromebook.

Purchased the computer May 11, 2020. That makes it less than two months in my home. It no longer boots/powers on. Using Acers online support, found a lot of other owners who have same issue. It is obviously a known hardware issue as a search online finds the same results. Attempted to request service through the online request form, email returned with Acer NOT ACCEPTING REPAIRS DUE TO COVID. As such, warranty and computer are both useless although Acer is now in receipt of my money. I will be working with Amazon to request a refund as this in unacceptable. Total piece of junk. Buyer beware as both computer and support are worthless. Would have given ZERO stars if possible. JUNK.

This is an affordable, well made little computer. Great for students. I am very happy with it.

This chromebook is a dream come true!

Chromebook software updates no longer supported after 2-years unacceptable. Never buying a Chromebook ever again

Okay for price, but beware if you write much, the keyboard feels small and uncomfortable.
