We received our chrome book and the screen would not light up. I could use a flashlight to see what was on the screen and was also able to determine the touchscreen did not work. We researched a lot before buying this for our daughter and are beyond disappointed. I’m looking for ways to fix, we found many similar reports for Acer chrome books

I think this is good for what it is, a cheap way to browse the internet. But versus the laptops I have used in the past, the screen quality is not good and is dim. Keyboard not as comfortable.

Youll always be denied login and have to verify with a secondary device. If there is no internet connection you cant present at business conferences saved documents. So much for a simple thing. Screen is nice for streaming.

My husband gave this to me. I’m sure he got it for all the right reasons- speed, memory. I only asked for a bigger screen than my dell laptop & to be able to use a flash drive.

Don’t buy!

Touch screen did not work for some time but I love how long it takes to get it to turn on glad its not a Microsoft computer its a Google computer and we all love the (Chromebook)...

The battery stopped charging about 6 months after purchase. Otherwise it was great for my 12 year old. I am very disappointed with the quality of the battery.

I bought it loved it immediately. Only recently did i discover the touch screen.

Excellent chromebook. Bought for my 7 year old for school and it’s perfect. Very easy to use and large screen so we can see everyone!!

I love everything about this Chromebook. It’s really easy to use, sound and screen are great, and the battery life is awesome. Using it for homeschooling and it seems to be everything I need it to be.
