This is one of the least expensive laptops you can buy brand new, so I’m giving it a lot of slack. For the money I say it’s worth it. However, the mouse scroll pad isn’t very good, and neither is the brightness of the screen. It can do a lot of today’s file storage and internet and it seems well built like it will last for years. Overall a good (super budget) laptop.

Yeah I just wanted to use the facebook app. If thats all you care about this is not the device for you. I tried updating uninstalling reinstalling tech support you name it. Pretty much everything else functions but using Facebook was advertised by Acer so that is why I am giving one star

I like the chrome book but Im mad at myself. I thought it was touchscreen and its not. Otherwise I love it. Great picture and quality.

Chromebooks are not real laptops, they are not compatible with any PC software. After approximately 2 years they dont support them anymore so then they will not work with any updated apps like Netflix and such. Not even worth one star.

It couldnt run the programs I needed it for. I was a nice machine and the programs I need are older programs but it didnt work for me.

WORKS GREAT FOR ME. I USE IT FOR ZOOM CONFERENCE MEETINGS. THE SOUND IS A BIT LOW, BUT I ADDED BLUETOOTH SPEAKERS AND THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED. THE CAMERA IS VERY CLEAR AND WIDE ANGLE. ITS VERY SIMPLE TO SET UP AND USE. THANK YOU.

Bought this for my husband and he loves it. It’s smaller, sturdy, and gets the job done. Can’t beat the price too.

Piece of crap havent even got a very long ago and will not charge now and it wont do anything about it they wont refund it wont let me return it nothing it basically bent me over and shove it right my***and Im supposed to be a prime member so thanks I guess

and thats not the worst of it .. I dont think Ive had a laptop this bad in many years and I got it on sale here ( Amazon ) for 99. right after Christmas .. I needed one for work when my HP chromebook finally died after 5 years so I grabbed this one and .. Its VERY slow .. overheats, they do not mention the screen at all but its not touch and something is not right with the scroller . I had to keep this one but will be getting another asap .
