Thinner than the previous model. Works great.

I paid $250 for a computer that has a price sticker of $179 on the box. (Today it is $268) I should have bought the $179 one at Walmart. I thought I was getting a better computer. I havent opened it yet, but already disappointed.

Laptop was completely defective and when addressed to the seller, I received a brief, rude email response. DO NOT buy this piece of crap, ESPECIALLY from this seller.

Love the size. Does everything I need it to do. I did buy a wireless mouse because that is what I am use to.

Used for teaching

Like: exactly as advertised and is lightweight compared to my previous Acer purchase four years ago. Also like that customers also receive a handy zip up case.

Has the wireless connect issue and wait for it I just had to break out my c720 that I bought in 2014 to upload photo to Facebook marketplace/Craigslist. Hope this helps someone.

Unfortunately I have to give this one star but really it should be zero! I bought this for my daughter as her first laptop for Christmas. Imagine her face when she opened it and it was dirty, did not work at all, had stickers all over it, and completely damaged. So incredibly disappointing.

I purchased the Acer Chromebook in October 2020 for my 11 yr old granddaughters online school. It worked for a few months then keyboard would not work. After shipping it back for repair, it still did not work. The same problem persists. They want it shipped back again for repair instead of replacing it. I was told it was not their policy to replace. This is extremely poor customer service. There is no guarantee is it will be repaired the second time and she has been without a computer for months! The inconvenience and cost is ridiculous. Do NOT buy this product.

I fought with this thing for two weeks and was unable to do the two things I bought it to do for my wife and I while on vacation. It is NOT a PC and will NOT do what a PC does. Rather than send it back or toss it in the trash I gave it to my granddaughter and she uses it in school.
