It worked just one day then the screen just locked up on me

so far, so good! still getting familiar with it!

My product worked well for 11 months and then I woke up one day to this screen. I did not move it or drop it. Product was still under warranty but company would not fix because it had an “internal crack”. Unhappy. Second Acer product that I have sent in that they wouldn’t fix. First one they said was not under warranty still. Sounds like a discrepancy to me! No more Acer!

The worst. Purchased for just general use: email, docs, Netflix, nothing major. It seemed ok at first. But after a couple of months use it’s slow and glitchy, gives me errors all the time. I have high speed cable internet and should never have this much trouble simply opening my email but I have to restart it often and wait several minutes sometimes. So frustrating.

Fast, efficient, and light weight. The built-in tracking pad sticks easily. I bought a wireless mouse for this Chrome Book- works like a charm. I feel like I’m working on a laptop and not a Chrome Book. Very pleased.

ease of use

Screen quality is not so great, kind of like a cheap tablet screen. Otherwise the computer functions fine.
