I pluggee it in and nothing happened.

Nice monitors. Got two.

- Horrible viewing angles forcing you make sure its directly ahead.

Read somewhere about sleep/wake issues with this monitor, but I havent had an issue. It does have built in speakers btw. Its a nice cheap 27 monitor.

Broke completely after just a few days. Second Acer monitor I’ve purchased in a year to do this.

I have had 2 out of 3 come in broken. The buttons on the back are cheap plastic and are broken and do not work from the factory. Dont buy this junk!

Best Monitors work like a charm

I had the monitor for 6 months then it just decided it no longer wanted to display the picture correctly anymore. It had faded and the screen had vertical stripes on both sides. Go on site to order replace asks to enter Serial Number and SNID but then doesnt give you enough space to enter both and then says please fill in the field for Serial Number and SNID.

I would be totally happy with this if it didnt fail to wake up sometimes (maybe 1/10 times), AND the buttons on the side are unresponsive in sleep mode, so you have to resort to pulling the plug. I have gone through several web searches, ACERs own forums, and found things that seemed to work, only to have the problem come back. The lack of repeatability means you are never sure of success, and you cannot be sure that all the things you read actually fixed anything.

Arrived in pristine condition. Easy setup. No problems after a few weeks.
