Acer KA272U biipx 27” WQHD 2560 x 1440 IPS Zero-Frame Monitor with 75Hz Refresh Rate and AMD Radeon FreeSync Technology (Display Port & 2 x HDMI 1.4 Ports) Black

I just received two of these monitors running as a 3rd and 4th monitor. One running on HDMI, the other running on DP connected to a RTX 3080.

I had the monitor for 6 months then it just decided it no longer wanted to display the picture correctly anymore. It had faded and the screen had vertical stripes on both sides. Go on site to order replace asks to enter Serial Number and SNID but then doesnt give you enough space to enter both and then says please fill in the field for Serial Number and SNID.

There is no base for this monitor, and 75 hz will represent a purple

Works pretty well. Doesn’t come with a remote and the menu is tough to navigate. Simply changing volume is a headache. Also, when it doesn’t detect an input it shuts off, so if I switch from game to computer I have to change input first and then power off console. It’s just a little inconvenient. Good price tho.

This monitor is absolutely infuriating. Probably the best value for 1440p 27 that is not used, open boxed or clearanced. Made by a really good company. Look up the specs on your own.....but

This monitor is plenty bright with great colors. I think that 27 inches and 1440p are the sweet spots for a monitor. I use this monitor with my laptop as an external display and It has been great. I wake up and cant wait to use my computer and look at this gorgeous display.

The image in the monitor was very faded, even after using Acers app to reconfigure the settings based on several suggestions found online and in Acers own site.

So overall Im super satisfied with this monitor. Looks good, image is clear and crisp. My only issue is I have it as a second monitor and occasionally (multiple times a week) when I bring the computer out of sleep, the monitor doesnt come out of sleep. Pushing buttons on the back does nothing either. I have to physically unplug the power from the back for a few seconds and then plug in again. Very odd.

Colors look great out of the box. Feels solidly built.
