> 24 hourAfter unpacking, the sealing strip of the product packaging has been torn. After connecting to the power supply, the power light does not turn on. After repeated tests, it cannot be turned on. The seller sent the returned bad computer directly to me.

> 24 hourSo far I love this laptop. Great speed with WiFi 6 capability (not yet used). Picked up a newer/faster one for my son whos starting college this month. One down-side is that it doesnt natively support dual monitors; youll need a base station like the Plugable USB 3.0 Docking Station, which I had to purchase separately.

> 24 hourI absolutely loved this laptop. Specs were exactly what I needed, the keyboard is perfect. However - both times the device was DOA and would not charge.

> 24 hourIm seeing a lot of DOA comments. I thought this at first too but the power cable is a bit deceptive. Once you put the plug in the laptop, you have to push with a bit of force and youll hear a click. That click indicates a connection.

> 24 hourDead on arrival, simply hell to ship the faulty one back, besides the time and hassle, whole thing turned into my problem cause Amazon wont handle pick up of their faulty computer and lical regulation wont alliw for computer to be sent back with battery. Discovered many people received dead on arrival had the same terrible experience.

> 24 hourThe product arrived broken and scrathed. Would not recommend at all. I was charged over 200 for a restocking fee that is insane. The seller was not as polite or respectful as it could be. I cant believe I was charged for a Laptop that didnt work properly.... do not recommend.

> 24 hourTerrible quality plastic. After I installed an additional ssd, when I tightened the bolts on the bottom panel - the bolt sockets began to crumble when I began to tighten the bolts. There is also no stopper for the bolts - I did not feel resistance, the bolt turned easily - but as a result: a tubercle next to the button Esc. After three months of use, noise appeared - a crackling fan. A month later, after noise appeared in the fan, the GPU stopped loading, low FPS even in games that were simple for this laptop, like Csgo or DotA. All programs and settings are set to high performance, the default GPU is used in all games. The percentage of GPU load in Acer Nitro Sense also disappeared, in the task manager it can be seen that the video card is not loaded more than 30%. I am not satisfied with the laptop, I have no desire to buy more Acer products.

> 24 hourThis is the absolute worst purchase I have ever made. Ive owned the PC for 6 months now. Ive had to send it in to get fixed 5 times... it took replacing the battery 3 times before realizing the motherboard needed to be replaced. AND IT LOOKS LIKE ITS STILL BROKE! Its out for repair atm and if the computer works after this 5th repair I would be shocked. It takes about 2 weeks to send the PC out and get it back repaired (broken in a different way). I wish I could unbuy this heaping pile of garbage.
