> 3 dayThe keys are similar to the macbook air keys but they feel nice to press. If your looking to upgrade ram to 32gb, Id reccommend gettting a 32 gb ram card thats from crucial which is 3200mhz. The built in ram which is 16gb is actually 2 8 gb ram cards so you can take both of them out and put the 32 gig ram card in exchange for taking both of the 8 gigs out. Runs really nice on games like tf2 that youd have to get used to it coming from a mac user who used a mac for years haha. Fans are a lil louder than the mac but its fine. Speakers are on the bottom of the sides of the computer near but front of the keyboard but they arent great. Overall a great gaming laptop even if you dont game a lot like me.

> 3 dayTerrible quality plastic. After I installed an additional ssd, when I tightened the bolts on the bottom panel - the bolt sockets began to crumble when I began to tighten the bolts. There is also no stopper for the bolts - I did not feel resistance, the bolt turned easily - but as a result: a tubercle next to the button Esc. After three months of use, noise appeared - a crackling fan. A month later, after noise appeared in the fan, the GPU stopped loading, low FPS even in games that were simple for this laptop, like Csgo or DotA. All programs and settings are set to high performance, the default GPU is used in all games. The percentage of GPU load in Acer Nitro Sense also disappeared, in the task manager it can be seen that the video card is not loaded more than 30%. I am not satisfied with the laptop, I have no desire to buy more Acer products.

> 3 dayAfter unpacking, the sealing strip of the product packaging has been torn. After connecting to the power supply, the power light does not turn on. After repeated tests, it cannot be turned on. The seller sent the returned bad computer directly to me.

> 3 dayThe product arrived broken and scrathed. Would not recommend at all. I was charged over 200 for a restocking fee that is insane. The seller was not as polite or respectful as it could be. I cant believe I was charged for a Laptop that didnt work properly.... do not recommend.

> 3 dayVarious Acer laptops are being delivered damaged or completely useless. This one is no exception. The box came in with one half ripped open like a rabid animal was locked inside. Not only was the box terrible, but the laptop came in dead! It does not charge and after some fiddling, I discovered that it’s the laptop’s power supply that doesn’t work.

> 3 dayThis is the absolute worst purchase I have ever made. Ive owned the PC for 6 months now. Ive had to send it in to get fixed 5 times... it took replacing the battery 3 times before realizing the motherboard needed to be replaced. AND IT LOOKS LIKE ITS STILL BROKE! Its out for repair atm and if the computer works after this 5th repair I would be shocked. It takes about 2 weeks to send the PC out and get it back repaired (broken in a different way). I wish I could unbuy this heaping pile of garbage.
