Ordered this computer for my sons birthday. It would not turn on despite having it plugged into the wall and confirming everything was set up properly. I reached out to the seller and did not receive a reply. I went to return the item and Im being forced to pay for shipping??? On a defective item?! On an item that was meant to be a birthday present for a child and they opened it, set it up and it did not work? And you also expect me to pay a restocking fee - for a laptop that doesnt work? This seller is engaged in preditory behavior and I demand my money back. Im happy to return the computer but I will not pay for shipping for a defective computer and I certainly wont be charged a restock fee for a computer that is TRASH and doesnt work.

Purchased on november 2021, computer suddenly stopped booting, just shows blank screen, and keyboard lights up but nothing else happens.

I was given a defective laptop. Wouldn’t even cut on. I wanted to get a replacement but they wouldn’t let me. So I decided to do a return and by an HP instead. Need better quality control.

Got this laptop for gaming and it runs great!

Battery when gaming is an hour tops. This is a nice laptop with good keyboard and screen but Battery life when gaming really sucks.

The AC port did not fit.

Unfortunately, the unit wont power on. I cant tell if its the laptop itself or if its a bad power supply?

Just like many I had issues with the charging cord….but I kept reading reviews and found someone who said to push until it snaps into the laptop….and it worked! I’ve never had a laptop that plugged in that hard but it is perfect for my gaming son! He loves it.

So after doing some digging around and setting up my laptop I checked my storage after I had downloaded a single game being stardew valley which is a game that is really small its only take 500 mbs to download. Well I found out with a game thats 500mbs and all the things the laptop needs to be bale to cuntion I only am able to use roughly 90 gbs so if you want to play any shooter or any game that has decent amount of content you have to upgrade the storage cause 150 ish gb are used on nothing but the of and other default items which you cannot Uninstall to free up space. The fact of the matter is you are only able to actually use less than 100 gb which you have to really pay attention to other wise your storage will cap. I would have loved to get ark survival evolved but its a pretty big game being 231gb and with this laptop you can only use just under 100 of the advertised 256 gb memory
