Greater than one weekWas good but stopped charging after first month. Bought extended warranty but Amazon making me deal with acer directly. Complained about that so Amazon is allowing me to return. The new one has been great

Greater than one weekFrames will be locked at 60 automatically, you have to change the settings yourself. The laptop can barely run a small game without issues, I’m kind of disappointed. I use this “gaming laptop” for everything besides gaming now.

> 3 dayWhen I opened the laptop and plugged it in there was absolutely no activity, charging light did not turn on and laptop had no precharge. After a panicky hour of trying to figure out whats wrong with my brand new very expensive laptop, and realizing how many one star reviews were here for this exact issue, I cannot stress this enough, SHOVE THE CHARGER IN. It is VERY SNUG and you really REALLY have to push it hard. There is a very significant click of the charger going in, and as soon as it did everything was fine. Havent used it yet, but wanted to update, as I now understand what all the one star reviews about this laptop being DOA are really about. Happy gaming!

> 3 dayThis laptop is 100% worth the money. I did a lot of research into many many different laptops, specifically in the $600-$900 range, and this was the one I went with. And I’m very glad I did. I bought it mainly for gaming and it works like a charm. Just some examples: 150+ FPS on Fortnite with high performance graphics, 250+ FPS on Rocket League with high performance graphics, 300+ FPS on Minecraft (default “fancy” graphics), 200+ FPS on Forza Horizon with high graphics. I’ve had absolutely no problems with it as far as gaming goes, and it works great for any daily work you may want to use it for. Note that I did add an extra 8gb of crucial ram into the open slot, which does improve performance. The only slight issue it has is that the fans can be a bit loud for more intensive games or programs. However, that’s the case for many budget gaming laptops. Some good headphones will do the trick if it gets to be a problem. But like I said, this laptop is exactly what I was looking for and if you’re looking for a good gaming laptop in the $800 price range, this is it.

> 3 daySo i play fortnite so thats what the reveiw is mostly gonna be about. With right settings u can get easy 120 - 144 stable fps in battle royale and 300 fps in creative. Thats only 8gb! No paid upgraded. (im upgrading it soon tho cuz i dont recomend 8gb ram). My fortnite settings i keep low - medium and i play on stretch res (THIS HELPS SO MUCH i recomend it) really easy to do it to. (i recomend 640 x 480).
