12-06-2025Le agregué 8GB RAM y 1 TB M.2 y estoy totalmente satisfecho ya que la RTX 3050 no hace cuello de botella con esa configuración. Recomiendo esta LAPTOP pero si agrega más RAM.

They would not even work with me on an exchange or refund of any kind even after I sent pictures. I now have a 900 dollar laptop that does not work and a child without his Christmas present. Would never purchase from this company again. I recommend you Work on your customer satisfaction and service.

> 3 dayLaptop did not turn on or recognize power source when plugged in. Looks like a nice expensive paperweight. The laptop was received in a large cardboard Box commaxe come up about twice the size of the product Box. Possibly damaged during delivery because there was plenty of space to bounce around. After looking at reviews it seems that this power issue is a common issue for this laptop.
