I thought it was dead on arrival, but you have to really pay attention to how you plug it the port in the back. There is an extra pin that clicks when you push a little harder. I learned this after a mild panic attack and much research.

I dont do a lot of heavy gaming, so I wanted to buy a low-level gaming laptop because I knew it would do everything I needed to do. For context, the main games I play on my laptop are The Sims (with a ton of cc and a few mods), Stardew Valley (with a fair amount of mods), Terraria, and then basic in-browser games like tetris and whatever else when Im truly bored. For the most part, this computer has handled running them all super well. Surprisingly, it has the most difficulty with the in-browser games, which tend to lag or drop frames. To be fair, I dont really know why Mahjongg 3D needs to be rendered in such intense detail anyway, but whatever.

The laptop is great, I have the i5-10300H / RTX3050 version and runs pretty good. On Grand Theft Auto 5 I run with mods, (singleplayer) and get about 60-100 fps and thats with some shader mods. I also have tried destiny 2 and runs amazing no lag and runs smooth. ATS (American Truck Simulator) runs great even with Ultra graphical settings.

I gave the screen a 4 because I have to figure out how to activate that. I havent gamed in over 10 years on a laptop and I gotta say I love it. Im kind of new to gaming and this is prefect for me. However if your having trouble charging angle the charger to point to the right and make sure its pushed all the way in. It gets hot but I bought a cooling fan for this when i made the order so I most def recommended.
