I got the laptop, plugged it and allowed it to charge for 20 minutes or more, pressed power button and it was dead. No lights or anything coming from it, I read reviews and majority of the negative ones were for the same issue, a dead computer. I still gave it a chance and I also received a dead computer. Went to best buy in person and got me a different one and was able to use it the same day.

I bought this for my wife. Once I got the laptop I ordered a 500gb hard drive and 8gb of memory to add to the laptop. Acer included the hard drive cable to install a second hard drive, a very nice touch since the laptop only came with a 250gb drive. Installing them myself saved me some money. She loves the performance of this machine, the 144 hz display and is extremely happy with it.

I got my laptop for FL Studio primarily, I like to play games too and it runs everything I’ve wanted to play so far.

For this exact computer Id pay very nearly double in my country, so the value is very good, obviously its not the beefiest computer out there, but I dont really need it to be.

Excellent choice for college age kids. 1st one was so good I bought another.

This computer arrived dead and would not charge. All connections were checked. Tried multiple outlets. Contacted ACER to troubleshoot, we did so with no changes. Had to return the laptop. Ordered a replacement. After a week, the replacement arrived, and the same thing happened again. Do not waste your time with this product. Idk if this is a scam or what, but you will not receive what you’re hoping to. Beware. Just very disappointing for my teen. :(

I normally dont write reviews but I was so impressed I had to. First of all, came 3 days sooner than predicted which is a win of itself. The packaging was pretty well protected and came with a nice little lanyard. The display is sharp and the speed is fast. It didnt break the bank overall a great laptop

I have been in the IT world for over 20 years. I left the laptop on the charger and woke up to a cracked screen. Called Acer support and they wouldnt cover my cracked screen. Two days later the computer would no longer turn on. Acer Support said that a cracked screen can stop a computer from working and its not covered.
