> 24 hourBought this laptop in 2020 and everything was awesome until I added an M.2 to the open slot. After adding the M.2 everything worked fine for about an hour then Bluescreen and restart. After restarting the new drive would not be visible or accessible, not even in bios. I updated and followed the suggested tweaks that other people that are having the same issue on the forums. the best I can get out of the Laptop with the new M.2 installed is about 2 reboots a day instead of every hour. When I pull it out the laptop works fine. So, in short, make sure you upgrade your Acer gaming laptops before your warranty is gone.

> 24 hourGreat laptop, great performance, nice features, everything is great except one thing, the keyboard is absolutely horrendous. The keys dont stick out very high which wouldnt be a problem if the keys were responsive but they are absolutely not, opposite from it. Ive included a video showing what I mean. Some presses wont register and you have to press really hard for all presses to register. I find that very annoying. I dont know if its the unit I got or if all of them have the same issue.

> 24 hourThis is a great laptop... Im upgrading from a gateway m-series thats had its end of its useful life.... This is a major upgrade...i5-8300..the gtx 1050ti... Good stuff is going on for this laptop... I had read a few reviews before purchase and watch few YouTube videos..it stated that its fans are loud and it gets hot...fans are a bit audible only if you game...Netflix and YouTube this thing is silent... But Im not much of a gamer...wanted a decent graphics card in the event that I wanted to game for a bit... Plus I stream lots of videos also on Netflix... Its perfect... Its the little brother to the predator Helios... Great but..Ill recommend...no troubles or issue so far...slight heavy...but my other laptop was heavier...so I dont mind...

This computer also has good battery life away from the charger while might use with heavy use not so much its good though. Overall the computer is good for its current price and an amazing deal.
