> 3 dayVery nice monitor for the price. Everything it great it has great picture. Only con for me is the viewing angles are a little bad but not horrible. From the way I have to set it up I can see a little green in the white writing on the top right. Other then that it’s amazing for the price and I would definitely recommend it.

Greater than one weekThe picture quality is great and works great for my ps5 to run my system to 120 hz. However it’s a pain in the butt to have audio. I had to get a usb aux adapter to plug into my ps5 to have sound and remove it and plug it in with whatever other devices I want to use. This could be easily solved with a aux or usb outlet in the monitor

07-06-2025I purchased this 144 Hz monitor in July 2019 but didnt really start using it until March 2020 when so many of us began working from home due to COVID-19. Over the past 5-6 months, this monitor has seen very heavy use averaging 12-16 hrs per day, with absolutely no problems. Color and contrast are great, with no flickering or any other issues. Netflix looks good. Its worth noting that the output is much sharper when connected to the Display Port at 144Hz (143 Hz as shown in my Dell Latitude 7300s display settings). This drops down to 60 Hz when I switch to my 2nd laptop hooked up to HDMI. So to really maximize display quality, you should really need to connect using a DP cable. However, Ive used it extensively via HDMI at 60Hz, and it still looks really good. Overall, Im very happy with this purchase. Really great performance for the price that will last me for many years. Am also considering purchasing a 2nd so I can have a dual monitor setup.

01-06-2025I like everything about this monitor except it has no speakers or 3.5 mm jack. Also, there isnt any height or left to right adjustment, but that doesnt bother me. Do what you must with this info.

05-06-2025The monitor is nice - its a typical 24 inch monitor. For some godawful reason, though, acer decided to put the power adapter brick INSIDE the monitor, so the thing is bloody heavy! Its much heavier than older models, with a worse form factor (its significantly fatter in depth), but virtually identical functionality. We got this because it was on the cheaper end of 144hz monitors, weve had good experiences with acer, and it had the right outlets (display port 1.4). Weve been generally pretty happy with other monitors from acer, but this one gets significantly downgraded in our view because its just so big and heavy. Also, the amazon listing says it comes with a display port cable - it does not! It comes with an HDMI cable. We bought this specifically because it runs at higher refresh rates, and the HDMI cable caps refresh rates at 60Hz. IDK why they would lie about something so trivial, but it was annoying false advertising, so were noting it.

> 3 dayIve been looking for a 27 165Hz Gaming Monitor for a while and oh boy, I think this is the one! I have been using this Monitor for well over 2 months on heavy use, so heres my current review. The KG272 is an Amazing Monitor, the picture quality is fantastic, and the brightness is great, although keep in mind it took me around 1 hour to adjust all of the brightness settings because when the monitor comes right out of the box, its really... REALLY dim. The Speakers on the KG272 are well... not amazing but not exactly terrible, but thats expected as most monitors, including this one is not going to have good speakers, I advise just using headphones and plugging it into the monitor itself. Wait, did I forget to mention that part? Yeah, one of the really odd designs of this about this monitor is that to receive any audio you MUST plug your headphones into the monitor, if you dont plug your headphones, headset, earphones, etc, into the monitor, well youre out of luck, say goodbye to audio! Ive noticed that there is little to no ghosting either or any backlight bleed, which is a HUGE problem with a lot of Gaming monitors, so Im super glad Acer has this under control for the KG272. Alright now lets talk about the stand, the stand is actually REALLY solid for what it is, with hard plastic and a metal base to hold the monitor, it stays in its place really solidly and doesnt wiggle/shake at all, although it depends on what youre doing of course. Oh, also here is a few tips/troubleshooting for anyone thats confused on why their monitor will not run at the advertised 165Hz! - Make sure your cable support 165Hz, if it doesnt, buy one. - Make sure your cable is plugged into your Graphics Card display port, this is a common issue among a lot of people where they just plug it into the motherboard. - Make sure you set your 165Hz settings in Windows, to get to this go to Settings > System > Display > Advanced Display and select the highest refresh rate you can. Hope that helps if anyone is confused on why it isnt working properly! Overall, I think this Monitor is really solid and well worth the price after 2 months of use and I will keep everyone updated if anything happens in the next months (5/25/22).

> 3 dayThe image, colors and all that looks really good, mostly if we consider that it offers you a lot of things for a low price. However, the main and only issue (so far) is the ghosting. I don’t know why but the ghosting on this monitor is more than annoying, to me at least. I don’t know if it is just mine that came defective or what, but I have tried (almost) everything. One of the few things that helped a little was setting the monitor to 60hz on windows. However, if I wanted to play at 60hz then I would have bought another monitor… probably a cheaper one.
