I got the Acer Helios to replace my desktop pc. Ive really enjoyed taking my gaming on the go.

Bought the Helios 300 and the Galea 310 headset Pair. According to Acer Support, the jack on the laptop requires OMTP whereas the headset is CTIA. It was only recognized as a headphone when inserted due to the differences in the plug wiring.

This product is a gamer delight. Fabulous graphics and no delays. Super value and performance for the money spent.

I received this AMAZING laptop yesterday. The laptop arrived a day earlier and I was surprised how well made the box case it came with, very professional ! I bought this laptop gaming for my son and so far he is in love with it. It is his first laptop and Its super fast! The light colors on the keyboard its pretty neat, it can be changed using an app installed in the laptop. It allows us to pick the colors, you can see the fan speeds, cpu, gpu temperature and more. The initial setup took me about one hour more or less.

Nice computer But after about a month one of the fans got a really bad vibration and their solution is for me to mail the computer to them and be without a computer for 20 some days ...........

Look no further, the other Acer Helios with all those reviews is last years model. This one came out about two months ago, thus less reviews, etc. The specs on this bad boy are beast. I did a lot of research, and everything else had something lacking that was a deal breaker. This guy has an i7-10750! check, Nvidia Geforce RTX 2060! check, 500 GB SSD.. meh but thats no big cause homeboy comes with TWO expansion slots. And of course, programmable light up keyboard!! CHECK! I really wanted a programmable light up keyboard and couldnt find one with everything I wanted until I came upon this beauty. It runs everything and more that you can think of. Ive been running all types of crazy games at high settings, running adobe suite software and this guy barely purrs. Best purchase Ive made in a while. Seriously just get it.

I am using this computer for my daily work, not for playing games. But since I am reviewing a laptop designed specifically for a game, I did downloaded a game: Fortnite and was impressed with the game’s graphic and most importantly with the ability for this computer to display the graphic without any lagging. It’s in my general knowledge that usually a laptop designed for a game is usually loaded with the latest graphic card so it can display the increasingly complex digital world in the game environment. I believe a casual gamer will be satisfied with this computer. For the rest of us however, I sincerely think that if I am ever in the market for another laptop, I would definitely look for a laptop designed for a game, like this one. With its 16GB memory and the 10th generation Intel Core 7, you get a very fast computer that can handle multiple tasks at once. For the price of $1200, I feel that I am getting a lot more than what a non-gamer laptop usually is loaded with. I also played 4K Netflix movie and very impressed with the picture. Obviously there are a lot of computers out there that priced below $1200 but I always find those computers get “old” pretty fast because they are usually made with “not the latest hardware”.

This laptop is so good it can run any game at high quality especially games like Apex Legends and Modern Warfare. Has high build quality and the graphics are great. best laptop for the money.

The most powerful laptop Ive used

First gaming laptop and this thing is spectacular. The RGB keyboard is crisp; the display is gorgeous; download speeds are quick; its relatively thin for what a gaming laptop needs to pack; there is good airflow within; the interface for monitoring temps is easy to access and use; has the ethernet jack; 3 USBs which is perfect for mouse, headset and cooling pad; battery plugs into the back middle and is out of the way; contains the FPS and Graphics card that will be able to run games for years to come.
