I picked up two of these and have been very happy with the performance to date. I use them for Cad Cam work and find the graphics and overall speed very capable. I would recommend this laptop to a friend. Side note: There is a zippered case included that I did not find until the second laptop purchased. Threw the first one out inadvertently due to the way it was packaged.

Quiet as promised; my previous laptop was much more noisy but this Acer is a pleasure to use. The only thing I dont like is that when the screen is dark you can notice backlights at the edges. But it happens when the screen is completely dark so its not a big deal.

This thing sounds like a wind turbine going.. games crash a lot, screen is mediocre for the price. It’s not that fast at times I almost felt like I was back in the dial up era of pc gaming.. I returned mine after a week from the build up of issues..

I bought this with an intention to also use for pave, it works, although steam displays a message the stats don’t work, he steamvr test passes with flying colors. I use this daily, for work and for play. With games such as Skyrim, hitman and beatsaber, I am impressed. My only issue with this might be the heat, but this is normal for a laptop considered the right space. This can be helped by buying a good laptop cooler base. So far so good, I would also buy a laptop cleaning kit, keep those vents clean!

Me gusta mucho el teclado, lo veloz que es el equipo, se puede jugar muy bien en ella y los programas para diseño de ingeniería o arquitectura van muy muy bien, en resumen un buen equipo. Compra recomendada.

I use this puppy for some cpu intensive music production and it handles it like a champ. Just make sure its plugged in when putting it through its steps. It drains pretty fast but thats to be expected.

Would have given it a five had it not been for the ridiculously delayed delivery. Laptop works great, been able to run emulators, and graphic heavy games with ease. Also works great with my 3D design softwares as well.

After much research this is the best bang for your buck gaming laptop

At first, I was amazed by the price–performance ratio of this laptop. However, the laptop just kept crashing and wouldnt turn on after I installed a system update. I took it to a local repair shop, and the guy told me that the motherboard was defective. Glad Ive found out this earlier, Im going to return it and get something else. Acer please get better with your quality control.

Honestly, so far so good. I bought this computer to play games from steam since my other one did not have the specs. to run allot of games that I wanted to try and play. The bad thing is, Ive only had this laptop for a month and something is wrong with the A/C adapter. Every time I load up a game from steam the battery light and the power light start flashing and the computer disconnects from the adapter and it stops charging while both lights stay flashing while I have a game loaded up to play. Ive disconnected the adapter multiple times and plugged it back in and it tries to start recharging the computer but then the lights just start flashing again and makes beeping noises. So, Im guessing that maybe the A/C adapter is faulty in a way since Ive never dropped it or anything.
