We’ll packed. Was not as easy to use as expected. Small screen. Difficult to use as tablet with keyboard folded behind. Great seller but product description was lacking.

Great product.

Shuts down, restarts, now twice or three times a day. Now it is a black screen-- no response from any key. Cant even restart. DO NOT BUY.... I have had 4 chromebooks in the past-- THEY DONT LAST.

Update 5-16-22 I checked online regarding the screen going black. It turns out that this is a common Chromebook issue. I followed the YouTube video and the screen came back. Ironically I ran across the Chromebook I replaced with One. I say ran across because I really thought I had thrown it away a long time ago. Well Ill apply the same information from YouTube and mysteriously the Chromebook that I thought was long on came back to life. So Im saying all of this to say I guess its not a company Chromebook issue is the Chromebook itself that has the issues So Im still loving my Chromebook.

Really fast, excellent definition for video. Versitile since we can use it folded. Some problems to use it on the vertical.

Great little device -- fast, great touch screen, etc. but no pen included. Thats literally false advertising.

Like the light weight, easy to set up and easy to use. I bought an Acer in 2020 and used it everyday. Last week the screen blanked out. Tried disconnecting the battery but wasnt able to so I bought another Acer. Hopefully it will last longer.

Flawless. Well worth the money. I ordered my 7 year old daughter one and turned around and ordered myself and my mother one!! Highly recommend!!
