Not what I was expecting, more for students, overall satisfied, very light weight, good picture, priced a little high.

Overall I like this Chromebook. My only real complaint is I researched prior to purchase. One of the biggest selling points for me was that it could be charged from both sides based upon video I watched several times. My two complaints are can’t seem to print more than one page at a time. Other users mention this as well. The big complaint is the info video stated all 2022 models can be charged from either side,(big selling point for me). Turns out it’s only some models according to company I purchased from. Seller also said send it back! And, what have return denied or lose a large % of purchase price?? Very upset about that. Otherwise, does the job for what I need and can’t really do on my phone.

Love the chrome book. I contacted seller with a question and they got back to me right away and resolved the minor issue. Very happy with purchase.

The only thing I dont like is that the pen that came with my computer dont work

Stylus was missing, Amazon had me call Acer, Acer said to all Amazon. Also it says 2022 and the date on the chrome book says mfg in early 2021. You may get a decent chromebook but you arent paying for what is advertised which is misleading.

Producto looks better that it is will move on with other brand, disappointed 100%

Update 5-16-22 I checked online regarding the screen going black. It turns out that this is a common Chromebook issue. I followed the YouTube video and the screen came back. Ironically I ran across the Chromebook I replaced with One. I say ran across because I really thought I had thrown it away a long time ago. Well Ill apply the same information from YouTube and mysteriously the Chromebook that I thought was long on came back to life. So Im saying all of this to say I guess its not a company Chromebook issue is the Chromebook itself that has the issues So Im still loving my Chromebook.

I bought this to do exactly 2 things:

Really fast, excellent definition for video. Versitile since we can use it folded. Some problems to use it on the vertical.
