> 3 dayOverall I like this Chromebook. My only real complaint is I researched prior to purchase. One of the biggest selling points for me was that it could be charged from both sides based upon video I watched several times. My two complaints are can’t seem to print more than one page at a time. Other users mention this as well. The big complaint is the info video stated all 2022 models can be charged from either side,(big selling point for me). Turns out it’s only some models according to company I purchased from. Seller also said send it back! And, what have return denied or lose a large % of purchase price?? Very upset about that. Otherwise, does the job for what I need and can’t really do on my phone.

> 3 dayThis is my second Acer Chromebook. I went from 14 screen to 11.6. That will take some adapting, but for what I use it for it will be perfect. The Gorilla Glass screen and touchpad deliver a fast response. I happened to get this for $199, so it was a awesome deal. And it was delivered in 24 hours. The seller air shipped it. My first Acer 514 , after 2.5yrs started giving me the black screen of death. After much investigating to determine the possible problem ( i think either charging port or hardware battery issue ), it was cheaper to purchase a new one. I will never go back to Windows again.

> 3 daySome of the characters do not correspond with the keys. For example, if I need to get @ I need to press the key and if I need to get I need to press the @ key. When I press the forward slash key, I get #, while the backslash key gives me ~. This is annoying.

> 3 dayUpdate 5-16-22 I checked online regarding the screen going black. It turns out that this is a common Chromebook issue. I followed the YouTube video and the screen came back. Ironically I ran across the Chromebook I replaced with One. I say ran across because I really thought I had thrown it away a long time ago. Well Ill apply the same information from YouTube and mysteriously the Chromebook that I thought was long on came back to life. So Im saying all of this to say I guess its not a company Chromebook issue is the Chromebook itself that has the issues So Im still loving my Chromebook.

> 3 dayThis computer last 1 year and customer support does not offer any help in recovering the computer, since its just over a year. They will not even offer the recovery disk that use to come with every computer. I would not recommend Acer to anyone. Stick with the better brands.

> 3 dayLike the light weight, easy to set up and easy to use. I bought an Acer in 2020 and used it everyday. Last week the screen blanked out. Tried disconnecting the battery but wasnt able to so I bought another Acer. Hopefully it will last longer.
