18-11-2024Overall I like this Chromebook. My only real complaint is I researched prior to purchase. One of the biggest selling points for me was that it could be charged from both sides based upon video I watched several times. My two complaints are can’t seem to print more than one page at a time. Other users mention this as well. The big complaint is the info video stated all 2022 models can be charged from either side,(big selling point for me). Turns out it’s only some models according to company I purchased from. Seller also said send it back! And, what have return denied or lose a large % of purchase price?? Very upset about that. Otherwise, does the job for what I need and can’t really do on my phone.

> 3 dayThe screen started glitching within a week of using the laptop. Then when I went to lean the touchscreen back, the screen cracked. It is completely useless now. What a disappointment!
